The yearly maintenance fee enables updates for your Secure Filetransfer Appliance.
When you purchase a license, the first year of maintenance is included.
Maximum transfer size with the Pro License: 32Gb.

The Standard License has all features enabled except the Outlook plugin, the Dropbox and the API.

Users
The Secure Filetransfer Appliance license is based on users that can send files to anyone.
Example: A company has 100 users that send files to customers and suppliers, and 25 users that are configured to only be allowed to send files back to the company — they will need a 100 user license.
License Upgrade
If you at a later date, you can click on your license from within the appliance and select upgrade. You will get 80% of your existing license refunded when you purchase the upgraded license. As an example, if you previously bought a 50 user license for $249 and want to upgrade to a Pro 100 user license, you will get a $199 refund (80% of $249).
